#09 Rinderfilet im Speckmantel am Spieß

Rinderfilet im Speckmantel

Zutaten:

  • 500gr Rinderfilet
  • 8 Scheiben Bacon
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 EL Limettensaft
  • 1 TL Thymian
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 6 EL Olivenöl
  • Pfeffer
  • Salz

Das Fleisch in 8 gleichgroße Stücke schneiden.
Zucchini der länge nach in 8 dünne Scheiben schneiden.

Die Zwiebel ganz fein würfeln und in dem Öl mit den Kräutern mischen. Den Limettensaft mit unterrühren und die Kräutermischung auf den Filetstücken verteilen.
Jetzt wird jedes Stück mit einem Zucchinistreifen und einem Baconstreifen umwickelt und aufgespießt. ( Am besten 2 Spieße, dann lassen sich die Spieße besser wenden )

Zum Grill:

Etwa 10 min. auf dem heißen Rost bei regelmässigem wenden grillen.
